Media Platform is focused on images, video, realtime communication and Cloudflare TV. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team. You will lead a small but high-performing team of passionate, talented engineers that are building innovative products for the next generation of media products, with a particular focus on images: ingestion, storage, transformation and delivery at global web scale. You will be shipping products that reduce developer pain and help developers bring their ideas to market faster. You will play an active part in shaping the product and team. You will make sure our company hits our ambitious engineering goals. You will change the way people build applications. You bring a passion for meeting business needs with building technically innovative solutions, and excel at shifting between the two—understanding how big-picture goals inform technical details, and vice-versa. You thrive in a fast-paced iterative engineering environment and have experience delivering scalable distributed systems. Most importantly, you have proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
