Location: Bangalore (Koramangala) Work from office
Experience: 1.5 - 2 years
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Management
MBA/PG in HR (preferred)

Brief Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage HR policies and processes
Manage end to end Recruitment lifecycle
Overseeing recruitment and hiring
Managing the lifecycle of employees from onboarding to off boarding
Performance Management
Working closely with the accounts team for payroll.
Conducting new employees' Induction
Providing service letters ( Experience, Relieving letters, Internship, e.t.c)
Salary negotiations
Conducting background verifications
Payroll management, Leave Management, Attendance management.
Managing Employee contracts, compensation, and employees' personal data maintenance.
Significant experience with using and handling Human Resources Information Systems along with payroll and data management tools
Knowledge and Skill Sets / Competencies:
Excellent communication skills
Self-driven, motivated, and confident
High levels of interpersonal skills, ethics, and integrity
Prior professional experience with the HR Operations sub-field
