Position Summary

As Senior Manager, Business Value, you will play a pivotal role in advancing CloudBees’ customer-centric business value strategy across the EMEA region. You will work directly with sales teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, quantify, and communicate the business impact of CloudBees solutions. This role requires strong customer presence, a consultative approach, and analytical rigor. You’ll help drive strategic account growth by aligning CloudBees capabilities to customer business outcomes.

About You

  • 5–7 years of experience in business value consulting, sales engineering, pre-sales value work, or management consulting
  • Skilled at executive storytelling and value-based selling to IT and business stakeholders
  • Proficient in building business cases and ROI/TCO models with quantifiable outcomes
  • Strong communicator with experience engaging enterprise customers
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, remote-first environment with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and application security is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in French or Spanish a plus
  • Located in WET/BST or CET time zones ideal


What You’ll Do

Field Business Value Engagements (60%)

  • Partner with account teams on high-value opportunities to define strategic business cases
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to align business drivers and challenges with CloudBees capabilities
  • Construct ROI and TCO models that quantify the business impact of CloudBees offerings
  • Translate technical value into executive-level outcomes using financial and operational metrics
  • Document and share successful business case examples and realized outcomes


Scale and Enablement (40%)

  • Contribute to the creation of reusable tools, templates, and content for scalable value engagement
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Value and cross-functional teams to refine messaging and models
  • Support global enablement efforts by delivering training sessions and coaching field teams
  • Track KPIs related to business value engagement and customer impact metrics
  • Maintain an EMEA-specific perspective on market trends, business challenges, and regional nuances
