We are hiring a Cloud Support Engineer (L3/L4) with strong experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Linux-based environments.
This role involves troubleshooting complex production issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring high availability of cloud systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack environments
- Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents
- Manage and support Linux-based systems (Red Hat / CentOS)
- Work with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls)
- Automate tasks using Python, Bash, or Ansible
- Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
🎯 Requirements:
- 4–10 years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / SRE roles
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization
- Solid Linux system administration experience
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
⭐ Good to Have:
- OpenStack / OpenShift experience
- Certifications like RHCE, CKA
- Experience in production support environments
⏰ Work Environment:
- 24/7 support model with rotational on-call
