Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Cloud Support Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate must be capable of providing immediate online/remote support, handling customer issues efficiently, and communicating clearly in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide online and remote cloud support solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve 5–7 customer queries daily, immediately and on first contact
- Handle cloud infrastructure issues related to compute, storage, networking, and security
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance and availability issues
- Work closely with clients to deliver fast and reliable cloud support
- Maintain proper documentation and incident reports
- Follow security, compliance, and support best practices
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong experience in production cloud environments
Required Certifications (Mandatory)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- AWS Certified Developer (preferred)
- Azure or GCP certifications are a plus
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle multiple issues with quick turnaround
- Customer-focused mindset with clear communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Required Tools Knowledge
- Remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)
- Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Ticketing and support systems
- Monitoring and alerting tools
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to USD $1,000 / month
- Incentives: Up to USD $500 / month (performance-based)
