This role is for someone who can operate at the intersection of infrastructure and problem-solving. We’re looking for an engineer who can troubleshoot cloud environments, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure system reliability.
You will support cloud-based applications and infrastructure, working closely with engineering and DevOps teams. The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to debug issues under pressure, and a practical understanding of cloud ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support cloud infrastructure and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
- Work with engineering teams to identify root causes
- Manage deployments, configurations, and system updates
- Ensure uptime, reliability, and performance of systems
- Maintain documentation and incident reports
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in cloud or technical support roles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of networking, Linux, and system fundamentals
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment
