Job Title: Azure Data Engineer (Databricks / ADF / Snowflake)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, ETL development, and Python. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data solutions on cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks
- Work with Azure Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics
- Develop and maintain data solutions in Snowflake data warehouse
- Implement end-to-end data ingestion and transformation workflows
- Write efficient and reusable code in Python for data processing
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, business, and engineering)
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Azure Databricks
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Good working knowledge of Snowflake
- Strong expertise in ETL/ELT concepts and implementation
- Proficiency in Python (PySpark preferred)
- Experience in handling large-scale data processing
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
- Familiarity with cloud-based data architecture (Azure preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PySpark / Spark SQL
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to data lake architectures
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Additional Information
