Microsoft Security Cloud Solution Architect
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid / Customer-facing
Travel Requirement: Minimum 75% of working time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Security Cloud Solution Architect to join a highly motivated team of industry experts. The ideal candidate will act as a key technical resource for customers, helping design, implement, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft security and identity solutions.
This role requires strong customer-facing skills, technical leadership, architectural expertise, and hands-on experience with Microsoft security and identity technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key technical resource for customers.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure technical deliveries align with project milestones.
- Visit customers to train and share technical and industry expertise.
- Conduct and contribute to Architectural Design Sessions (ADS).
- Map business goals to technical environment constraints.
- Develop design-led implementation plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support for Microsoft security and identity solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication and strategic relationship-building skills.
- Deliver technical presentations, training, and documentation.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with Microsoft technologies and security best practices.
- Maintain and extend relevant Microsoft certifications.
