About The Role
iamneo is hiring a
Cloud SME Trainer to deliver hands-on cloud training across
AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role requires deep cloud engineering knowledge, practical DevOps exposure, and the ability to create strong lab-based learning journeys for certification and real-world delivery.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in
cloud engineering or DevOps
Hands-on experience across
AWS, Azure, or GCP, with
multi-cloud exposure preferred
Experience with
large-scale cloud migrations, including lift-and-shift and re-architecting
Experience managing
production infrastructure with 50+ services
Knowledge of
FinOps and cloud cost governance
3+ years of experience delivering cloud or infrastructure training
Experience designing and managing
cloud sandbox labs for learners
Strong exposure to certification preparation such as
AWS SAA/SAP, AZ-305, CKA
Required Technical Skills
Multi-cloud platforms:
AWS (SAA-C03, SAP-C02), Azure (AZ-104/AZ-305), GCP (ACE/Professional)
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (HCL), Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, Pulumi
Containerisation & orchestration: Kubernetes (CKA-level), Helm, Docker, containerd
CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
Cloud networking: VPC design, Transit Gateway, ExpressRoute, VPN, Route 53, CDN (CloudFront/Azure CDN)
Cloud security: IAM policies, RBAC, KMS, AWS Security Hub, Azure Policy, CSPM tools
FinOps & cost optimisation: AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, Spot/Reserved instances
Monitoring & observability: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog
Serverless & managed services: Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Run
Hands-on lab design: Terraform-provisioned sandbox environments, teardown automation
Core Responsibilities
Deliver cloud training across
AWS, Azure, and GCP tracks, from associate to professional level
Design, provision, and maintain
hands-on lab environments using Terraform and IaC
Guide learners through structured certification pathways such as
AWS SAA to SAP, AZ-104 to AZ-305, and GCP ACE to Professional
Build
project-based capstone exercises covering architecture design, cost-optimized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
Run
FinOps workshops focused on cost visibility, tagging governance, and optimization
Keep training content aligned with quarterly updates from cloud providers
Mentor learners through
mock exams, architecture whiteboarding, and scenario-led discussions
Preferred Profile
Strong trainer with deep practical experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering
Comfortable teaching both certification-focused and project-based cloud learning
Able to bring real-world architecture and operations experience into the classroom
