We are looking for a Cloud & Server Infrastructure Analyst to help manage and support our infrastructure environment with a strong focus on AWS cloud platforms and enterprise server systems.
This role will be responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure, supporting server environments, improving monitoring and reliability, and working closely with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure, including compute, networking, and storage services
- Support and maintain server environments (Windows and/or Linux)
- Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization across cloud and server platforms
- Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards
- Assist with patching, system updates, and infrastructure maintenance
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues across cloud and server environments
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support application infrastructure needs
- Assist with improving infrastructure automation and operational processes
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud operations
- Hands-on experience working with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, etc.)
- Experience managing Windows and/or Linux server environments
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting platforms
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, firewalls)
- Experience supporting system patching and maintenance processes
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate or SysOps Administrator
- Experience with infrastructure automation or scripting
- Familiarity with container environments or Kubernetes
- Experience working in DevOps-oriented environments
