Role Overview
Responsible for onboarding, deploying, and supporting various cybersecurity products for customer environments, with a focus on Cloud Security and Non-Human Identities (NHIs), cloud IAM, and DevOps security. This is a mission-critical, customer-facing role where you will work at client locations to deploy solutions and ensure their stable and secure operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Deployment: Lead technical setup and rollout of cloud security and NHI platforms across client environments.
- System Integration: Ensure security products integrate with identity providers (SAML/Okta), networking, and version control systems.
- Risk Analysis: Evaluate security telemetry to identify risks around service accounts, tokens, secrets, and access levels.
- Operational Support: Troubleshoot connectivity, policy errors, and platform health issues.
- Root-Cause Diagnosis: Find and fix underlying infrastructure risks, not just surface-level alerts.
- Remediation Assistance: Help clients with practical fixes and policy changes.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for deployments, configurations, and delivery frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Mandatory:
- Cloud architecture knowledge — AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, GCP IAM
- Cloud security concepts — CNAPP/CSPM
- CI/CD security — GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, secrets management
- Ability to read IaC code — Terraform, YAML, JSON
- Knowledge of Non-Human Identities — service accounts, API keys, tokens, workloads
Good to Have:
- Secret scanning, identity attack paths, or cloud posture tools
- SOC workflows, SIEM integrations, compliance (SOC2, ISO, PCI)
- Scripting — Python, Go, Bash
Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Telecom, or related Engineering field
- Certifications Required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified Security – Specialty
- Certifications Preferred: Microsoft AZ-104
