Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cloud Sales & Support Executive, located in Erode. Responsibilities include promoting and selling cloud services, providing technical support to customers, and addressing client inquiries. This role also involves delivering product presentations, assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Technical skills in cloud services, web hosting, and Google Workspace support
- Effective communication and presentation skills to deliver product demonstrations and interact with clients
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for addressing and resolving customer technical issues
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently on-site
- Previous experience in sales or technical support roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field preferred
