Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Sales Lead / Cloud Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through consultative selling of cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) sales, along with proven expertise in enterprise IT sales, account management, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end cloud sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Sell cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud (GCP) to enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized cloud solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Stay updated on cloud market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 10+ years of experience in Cloud Sales / IT Sales / Enterprise B2B Sales.
- Strong experience in selling Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) sales experience is also highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to manage accounts, build relationships, and close large deals.
- Understanding of cloud products, SaaS, IaaS, and digital transformation solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with system integrators, cloud partners, or IT services companies.
- Existing network and strong client connections in Bangalore enterprise market.
- Ability to lead client discussions and influence decision-makers (CXOs/IT Heads).
