🚀 We're Hiring: Cloud Ops Tech Lead (AWS/Azure/GCP) | Offshore | Full-Time
Quebec Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced Cloud Ops Tech Lead to join our growing team and work on exciting enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
📍 Job Details
- Position: Cloud Ops Tech Lead
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Offshore (India)
- Experience: 8+ years in relevant experience with 3+ years in a Leadership/Supervisory role
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable hybrid-cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Lead cloud operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and disaster recovery planning.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and provide architectural guidance.
- Ensure cloud environments comply with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud infrastructure and operational excellence.
✅ Required Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience with 3–5+ years focused on Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, and Automation
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong expertise in:
- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Jenkins
- GitLab CI
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing hybrid-cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Ability to lead technical teams and drive cloud modernization initiatives
