Hiring: Senior Cloud Operations Engineer – AWS / Azure / GCP
Location: India – Fully Remote
Working Hours: Candidates must be comfortable working in the EST time zone

Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Senior Cloud Operations Engineers to implement, maintain, and support highly scalable, secure, and reliable cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
The role involves cloud governance, infrastructure automation, security, monitoring, CI/CD, cost management, troubleshooting, and operational support. Candidates should have strong hands-on expertise in their respective cloud platform and the ability to lead technical deliverables with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and administer AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
* Support cloud services and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
* Implement cloud governance policies, including access controls, tagging, guardrails, cost management, SCPs, and resource monitoring.
* Identify cloud security vulnerabilities and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
* Develop and manage automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and operational tasks.
* Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
* Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
* Monitor cloud performance, availability, utilization, and cost.
* Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, security, and deployment-related issues.
* Support disaster recovery, data protection, high availability, and business continuity initiatives.
* Collaborate with engineering, security, application, and infrastructure teams.
* Use AI-based tools and techniques for operational automation and analysis.
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Mandatory Skills:
* 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
* Minimum 4 years of recent cloud operations experience.
* Strong hands-on expertise in any of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Python and PowerShell scripting.
* Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
* Advanced CI/CD implementation using GitHub Actions.
* Cloud monitoring and performance management.
* Strong cloud networking knowledge.
* Cloud security, IAM, governance, and compliance.
* Experience supporting scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
Good-to-Have Skills:
* Resource tagging and cloud cost management.
* Guardrails and governance controls.
* AWS Service Control Policies.
* Continuous deployment.
* Automated application and service deployments.
* Security and regulatory compliance.
* Disaster recovery and business continuity.
* Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
* AI-assisted automation and operational analysis.
