Responsibilities
- Participate in L1/L2 on-call support and drive incident management to resolution.
- Manage AWS/GCP IAM, access requests, VPN, SSO, and JumpCloud administration.
- Support ArgoCD, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline operations.
- Administer Vault, PagerDuty/Oppex, Facets, Groundcover, and New Relic monitoring.
- Handle configuration changes, user onboarding/offboarding, and security requests.
- Support Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, Dagster, Elasticsearch, and database operations.
- Review cloud invoices and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Assist with SOC2 audits, key management, and compliance activities.
- Drive the rollout of New Relic and Oppex migrations across teams.
- Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Support.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms.
- Basic Kubernetes knowledge and container concepts.
- Experience with IAM, monitoring, and troubleshooting production systems.
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security concepts.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
