About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Engineer to join our dynamic team on a permanent work-from-home basis from anywhere in India. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cloud networking and network automation, particularly within multi-cloud environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and automating secure and scalable cloud network solutions primarily across AWS, with additional familiarity in Azure and GCP. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex cloud infrastructure projects, develop innovative automation strategies, and contribute to the security and efficiency of our clients’ cloud environments.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of professional experience in cloud networking, network automation, and infrastructure design.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud network architectures, including VPCs, multi-account landing zones, and segmentation.
- Proficiency in hybrid connectivity solutions such as Direct Connect, VPN, and DNS integration.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for network automation and deployment.
- Deep understanding of cloud security principles, including Zero Trust architecture and network security controls.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and compliance tools for cloud environments.
- Mandatory knowledge of AWS cloud services, with additional experience in Azure and GCP considered a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach to project management.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive high- and low-level cloud network architectures, ensuring optimal security, scalability, and performance.
- Implement hybrid connectivity solutions to enable seamless integration between on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Develop and manage network automation workflows using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and updates.
- Establish governance frameworks through standards, guardrails, and architecture reviews to maintain compliance and security.
- Integrate Zero Trust security principles across cloud networks to enhance security posture.
- Manage observability, compliance, and monitoring tools to ensure network health, security, and performance metrics are maintained.
- Execute onsite network deployment activities, including racking, cabling, device configuration, and cutover planning, when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud migration, security audits, and network optimization initiatives.
