🚀 Hiring: Deployment Lead – Cloud Migration & Platform Rollout

🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Deployment Lead to manage and execute end-to-end deployment strategies for our next-generation cloud platform Playa. This role is critical in ensuring seamless onboarding of products and accelerating the implementation of platform add-ons.
You will work at the intersection of cloud transformation, deployment strategy, and cross-functional execution, driving impactful delivery outcomes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and orchestrate end-to-end deployment planning & execution
- Manage work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align interdependent deployment activities
- Monitor and control deployment progress, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met
- Drive product onboarding onto Playa platform
- Accelerate rollout of platform add-ons and enhancements
- Conduct training sessions, pilot programs, and deployment readiness activities
- Provide proactive communication and strategic oversight across stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth deployment
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning & Deployment
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is highly preferred
- Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple deployment streams in a fast-paced environment
