Role Description The Cloud Kitchen Incharge role at Perfect Digital HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking processes, and adherence to hygiene standards. The Cloud Kitchen Incharge will manage order flow from online platforms, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders. This role also includes supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and stock levels, and ensuring equipment and workstations are kept clean and safe. The Cloud Kitchen Incharge will handle basic customer service escalations, coordinate with management on operational issues, and support continuous improvements in efficiency and food quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills, with experience in a professional kitchen or cloud kitchen environment.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Hygiene practices, including food safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and proper storage procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff, management, and delivery partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle order-related queries, resolve minor issues, and support a positive customer experience.
- Experience in kitchen supervision, basic inventory management, and team coordination is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple orders, and maintain quality under pressure is preferred.
- Basic computer or mobile app literacy to manage orders from online platforms is an advantage.
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or cloud kitchen operations in Gurugram or similar markets is a plus.
