Role: Service Delivery Manager – Cloud & Infrastructure
Exp: 8 to 12 yrs
Location: Mumbai (Thane)
Oversee operations for:
Public Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
Hybrid infrastructure (On‑prem ↔ Cloud)
Compute, Storage, Backup, Network & Security services
Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness
Drive capacity planning and infrastructure optimization
Review architecture, resilience, DR and backup posture
Service Delivery & Operations
Own end‑to‑end service delivery for Cloud & Infrastructure services
Ensure SLA, KPI, and contractual commitments are consistently met
Govern 24×7 operations across L1/L2/L3 teams (on‑site and offshore)
Drive incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL framework
Act as escalation point for major incidents and service disruptions
Ensure service availability, reliability, and performance
