Job Description
- Should have techno commercial capability with Customer interaction & solution presentation skills
- Should have good IT infrastructure technical understanding covering areas such as: Compute (On-prem & Cloud), Network, Security, End User and Service Management including Managed Services & Digital Transformations
- Good knowledge on various service assurance, automation tools, ITIL / ITSM process
- Should have good knowledge on various pricing models, IT spend analysis, business case development, TCO and ROI analysis
- Proven track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong complex problem-solving skills
- Detail and articulation of solutions and ensure proposal completeness
- Good knowledge on industry IT trends, Analyst reports and various TPA processes such as Gartner, Everest, Forrester, ISG, BCG, HfS, IDC
- Should be Independent Contributor and an effective Team Player who is a self-starter
