Job Description

Summary / Objective

Manages and optimizes Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, OneDrive, Entra ID), focusing on secure deployment, administration, and migration for organization, ensuring seamless cloud collaboration, security, and productivity through configuration, automation, and policy management.

Essential Functions

Design, develop, and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive-20%

Administer Azure Active Directory (AAD), conditional access, MFA-15%

Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and identity governance-15%

Develop PowerShell scripts and use native cloud tools for automation of administrative tasks-20%

Resolve complex issues related to Azure services and Microsoft 365. Provide Tier 3 escalation support for Microsoft cloud-related incidents-20%

Additional Duties and Functions as assigned-10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: IT‑related field)
• BE/B Tech/ BCA/MCA Preferred
• Minimum 8 Years of strong experience
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Strong experience with infrastructure management
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with high degree of attention and accuracy; problem solver.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models with strong testing, documentation, and change management discipline
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Voice Engineering, Salesforce, Security, BI, and Business stakeholders)
