Primary job title: Cloud Engineer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across public cloud providers using Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Build and operate container platforms and manage Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and container lifecycle.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and orchestration using IaC and automation tooling to ensure repeatability and compliance.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive remediation to meet SLAs and reliability targets.
- Implement cloud cost optimisation, security controls (IAM, network segmentation, secrets management) and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with development and SRE teams to onboard applications, create runbooks, and document operational procedures.
