Key Responsibilities:
-Design and manage GCP infrastructure including GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
-Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
-Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
-Manage Kubernetes workloads, scaling, and Helm deployments on GKE.
-Ensure cloud security using IAM, VPCs, Cloud Armor, and security best practices.
-Monitor infrastructure with Cloud Monitoring and Logging.
-Optimise cloud costs and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
-Collaborate with DevOps, Application, and Data Engineering teams.
Required Skills:
-Strong knowledge of GKE, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
-Experience with networking concepts (VPC, firewall, VPN).
-Scripting skills in Bash/Python/Go.
-Understanding of DevSecOps and cloud security practices.
Preferred Skills:
-GCP certifications (Cloud Architect / DevOps Engineer).
-Experience with Anthos, Istio, or Apigee.
-Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
-Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
