About The Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our team as Cloud Solution Architects specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). These roles are pivotal in helping our clients modernize their legacy systems and migrate workloads to the cloud, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. As a key member of our cloud transformation initiatives, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, design scalable solutions, and lead the implementation of cloud-native architectures. Your expertise will enable organizations to leverage GCP’s full potential, adopting microservices, containers, serverless architectures, and DevSecOps practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidates will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in solution architecture, technology delivery, and cloud computing is required, with a focus on GCP platform services. Candidates should have hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions using microservices, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and cloud databases. GCP certifications are highly preferred. Strong understanding of application design patterns, RESTful APIs, and cloud security best practices is essential. Additionally, experience in migrating on-premises workloads to cloud environments and familiarity with DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins and GitOps will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to analyze complex technical scenarios, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate complex solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client requirements, refactor legacy systems for workload migration and modernization to GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Lead end-to-end feature development, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Design cloud-ready applications utilizing microservices, containers, and serverless architectures, adhering to best practices in security and performance.
- Develop and implement migration strategies for on-premises workloads, leveraging GCP compute services like VMs, PaaS offerings, containers, and serverless solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights, developing best practices, and staying updated on emerging cloud technologies.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to articulate technical solutions and influence decision-making processes.
- Support the development of proof-of-concept projects and pilot implementations to demonstrate solution viability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, technical specifications, and deployment procedures.
