About The Role
We are seeking experienced professionals for the roles of JL5 – Consultant/Senior Consultant and JL6 – Lead/Principal Consultant to join our Cloud Transformation team. These roles are pivotal in driving cloud migration and modernization initiatives, primarily focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As a part of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, design innovative cloud solutions, and lead the implementation of complex cloud architectures. Your expertise will contribute to transforming client workloads, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless integration of modern technologies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in cloud architecture, application development, and solution delivery, with specific expertise in GCP services. Candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience for the Consultant/Senior Consultant role and at least 10 years for the Lead/Principal Consultant position. A proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale cloud solutions, along with relevant certifications such as GCP certification, is highly preferred. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively in diverse teams are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a deep understanding of microservices, containerization, DevSecOps practices, and cloud-native application development.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client requirements, refactor systems for workload migration and modernization to GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end cloud-based features, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership by staying updated on emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
- Lead solution architecture discussions, providing strategic guidance on cloud migration pathways, including rehosting, refactoring, and rearchitecting workloads.
- Develop comprehensive cloud migration strategies, including application assessment, planning, and execution.
- Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as Jenkins and GitOps, to automate deployment processes.
- Build and deploy microservices, leveraging containerization technologies like Docker and GKE, and utilize serverless services where appropriate.
- Ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the cloud transformation lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
