About The Role
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our team as Solution Architects and Senior Consultants specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based solutions that enable our clients to modernize and migrate their workloads efficiently. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and craft tailored strategies that leverage GCP’s extensive capabilities. Your expertise will help organizations transition from traditional on-premises systems to scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, contribute to thought leadership, and influence the future of cloud technology adoption within our client organizations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, industry experience, and a passion for innovation. Candidates should have at least 5-8 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and technology delivery, with a minimum of 2 years focused specifically on GCP platform services. Hands-on experience in developing solutions using microservices, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and cloud-native databases (both RDBMS and NoSQL) is essential. Certifications in GCP are highly preferred, demonstrating validated expertise in cloud solutions. Strong knowledge of application development design patterns, RESTful APIs, and cloud migration strategies is required. Additionally, candidates should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience in migrating on-premises workloads to cloud environments and familiarity with DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins and GitOps will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client requirements, refactor systems for workload migration and modernization to GCP cloud environment.
- Lead end-to-end feature development, ensuring seamless implementation and resolving challenges faced during deployment.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify issues, define solutions, and ensure project success.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures tailored to client needs, leveraging GCP services such as Kubernetes, serverless, and PaaS offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights, best practices, and innovative solutions within the cloud domain.
- Participate in solutioning discussions, proposal development, and client presentations to articulate technical strategies clearly.
- Assist in developing migration roadmaps and strategies, including assessing client’s cloud maturity and recommending optimal solutions.
- Implement and oversee DevSecOps pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and continuous delivery best practices.
- Maintain updated knowledge of emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and open-source solutions to enhance service offerings.
