About The Role
We are seeking a talented IT Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in Azure, Intune, and Database Management to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for driving IT excellence. As an IT Engineer at Value Creed, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting our clients’ IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation, security, and scalability of their systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems such as SQL Server and MySQL.
- Proficiency in system administration, network management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices to safeguard IT environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Certifications related to Azure, security, or database management are a plus.
Responsibilities
- System Administration: Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Cloud Management: Support the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud services, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, to facilitate scalable and secure solutions.
- Database Management: Install, configure, and maintain databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
- Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and enhance user productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance metrics and implement necessary improvements to maintain efficiency and reliability.
- Backup and Recovery: Execute routine backups and develop disaster recovery plans to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.
- Security Management: Implement security measures including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls to safeguard systems against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support ongoing IT projects, upgrades, and initiatives.
