About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior AI Cloud Engineer specialized in AWS and Generative AI to join our team on a contract basis in Pune, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and optimizing our AI infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on Generative AI models and AWS Bedrock services. Your expertise will enable us to develop scalable AI solutions, automate complex workflows, and implement comprehensive monitoring and billing systems to ensure operational efficiency and cost management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, automation scripting, and AI service integration, with a keen eye for observability and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with AWS AI services, particularly AWS Bedrock and related AWS Agent frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming, with experience in automation, data processing, and API integration.
- Strong understanding of log management, monitoring tools, and alerting mechanisms, including familiarity with Mulesoft logs.
- Experience in designing and implementing observability pipelines, utilizing AWS services such as CloudWatch, SNS, Lambda, and EventBridge.
- Knowledge of FinOps principles to monitor and optimize cloud and AI service costs, especially related to LLM usage and token management.
- Comprehensive understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including tokenization, prompt engineering, and cost structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using AWS Bedrock and AWS Agent Core to automate complex business workflows and processes.
- Build and maintain end-to-end observability pipelines, including log aggregation, anomaly detection, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
- Manage and analyze Mulesoft logs to facilitate seamless integration between legacy systems and modern AI solutions.
- Develop and implement billing and cost-tracking mechanisms to monitor LLM and AWS Bedrock service usage, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks through Python scripting, enabling scalable and reliable AI service deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AWS AI services, LLMs, and cloud automation best practices, applying them to enhance existing systems.
