Agentic AI Implementation Engineer
Role Summary
Build, integrate, and ship Agentic AI solutions into production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop agents using Google Agent Development Kit or similar frameworks
- Implement tools, plugins, APIs, and orchestration logic
- Build RAG pipelines, embeddings, and context management
- Fine-tune / adapt models and prompts based on real-world usage
- Integrate with backend systems (policy admin, CRM, workflows)
- Monitor, debug, and optimize agent performance in production
Must-Have Skills
- 3–8 years of software engineering + AI/ML experience
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based applications
- Strong coding skills (Python/Node.js)
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
Good to Have
- Health insurance workflows
- Experience with evaluation frameworks and prompt tuning
