About the role

A confident and creative Product Designer with a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and product design. Someone who can succeed as a Product Designer' in the Development team because of their strong designing skills. They are natural problem solvers and are driven by goals and growth. They are someone who is currently living in Bangalore or is willing to relocate later and can start immediately or have 30 30-day notice period. Key Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. This involves methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Concept Development: Generate design concepts and ideas through brainstorming sessions, sketching, wireframing, and prototyping, considering both user needs and technical feasibility. Interaction Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interactions and interfaces for digital products or features. This includes creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs that reflect the brand identity and resonate with the target audience. This involves creating high-fidelity mockups, applying typography, color theory, and iconography principles. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure alignment between design, development, and business goals. Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis, continuously refining and improving the user experience. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems or style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms. Accessibility: Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices, making products usable and inclusive for all users, including those with disabilities. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement, iterating based on user insights.
