Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Python Developer supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This role involves designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications leveraging Python, cloud infrastructure, and modern frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive technical architecture decisions, and implement best practices to support business growth and operational resilience.
Software Requirements
Required Software Proficiency:
- Python (latest stable release, e.g., Python 3.8 or above) — extensive experience developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade Python applications supporting scalable services
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP — practical experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications supporting enterprise environments (supporting 4-10 years in supporting cloud infrastructure)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation — support automating environment setup, configuration, and deployment processes
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes — for scalable deployment and orchestration supporting high-availability systems
- DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps — for CI/CD process automation supporting continuous deployment and quality assurance
Preferred Software Skills:
- Automation scripts supporting testing, monitoring, and operational workflows in cloud environments
- Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch — support proactive system monitoring
- Support for AI-integrated automation or machine learning workflows supporting enterprise digitalization (preferred)
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure applications supporting enterprise business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and data teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals
- Architect and optimize applications supporting performance, reliability, and security across cloud and on-prem environments
- Drive automation initiatives supporting deployment, configuration, and monitoring workflows
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and environment configurations ensuring operational stability and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
- Mentor junior engineers, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in software development
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, APIs, deployment workflows, and operational procedures for ongoing support

- Hands-on expertise in cloud automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipeline support supporting enterprise objectives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, supporting change management, and optimizing system performance
- Industry experience supporting regulated or high-availability environments (preferred)
Day-to-Day Activities
- Develop, implement, and maintain cloud-based applications supporting enterprise operations
- Build automation pipelines supporting continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring workflows
- Troubleshoot performance, security, and operational issues in cloud and containerized environments
- Support system migrations, patching, and upgrades supporting operational resilience and compliance standards
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to enhance system uptime and security posture
- Automate environment provisioning and deployment using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools
- Maintain documentation on architecture, processes, and operational procedures supporting compliance and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- 4-10 years supporting enterprise cloud-native and automation solutions supporting APIs, microservices, and scalable architecture
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP support cloud deployment competence (preferred)
- Proven experience supporting or leading high-availability, secure, and compliant enterprise systems supporting extensive transaction volumes
