Job Title: Senior AWS Cloud Architect / AWS Professional Services Consultant
Experience: 8–15 Years
Location: Hyderabad/ Banglore
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to join the AWS Professional Services team. The role involves designing, building, securing, and migrating large‑scale, cloud‑native solutions on AWS while driving successful customer outcomes through best‑practice cloud adoption.
Required Experience & Qualifications
8 to 15 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise‑scale business applications or technology infrastructure
Strong hands‑on experience with infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and virtualization
Proven experience in infrastructure automation / DevOps scripting using tools such as Shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform
Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (Security, Privacy, SOX, HIPAA, etc.)
Experience integrating cloud services with on‑premise technologies from vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP
Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture best practices
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, optimize, transform, and migrate data and analytics solutions to the AWS platform
Architect and build highly scalable, cloud‑native applications using AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, ECS, and related services
Lead deep architectural discussions and design sessions to deliver world‑class AWS solutions aligned with business outcomes
Contribute to customer‑facing deliverables such as whitepapers, reference architectures, and proof‑of‑concepts
Partner with Professional Services leadership and account teams to drive AWS adoption and accelerate customer success
Build strong relationships with senior technical stakeholders and enable them as cloud advocates
Capture, document, and share best practices, reusable assets, and delivery knowledge within the AWS Professional Services community
Security & Compliance Responsibilities
Analyze AWS architecture and security integration requirements
Work closely with security engineers on Landing Zone (LZ) setup
Implement and manage AWS native security controls including IAM, data security, and encryption
Integrate and manage third‑party security tools such as Wiz Cloud, CrowdStrike Falcon, Splunk, Trend Micro
