We are hiring for the position of Cloud Solution Architect — Smart Solutions Onboarding. This is a remote opportunity for candidates with over 8 years of experience.
About the Role
Lead technical onboarding reviews for Smart Solutions entering the TASMU Platform, ensuring alignment with TASMU reference architectures and onboarding standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding reviews for Smart Solutions entering the TASMU Platform, ensuring alignment with TASMU reference architectures and onboarding standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in cloud solution architecture, cloud engineering, or platform onboarding roles within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure enterprise environments, including landing zones, hub-and-spoke networking, and subscription governance.
- Proficiency in reviewing or implementing solutions using Kubernetes, VMs, PaaS services, storage, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in architecture assurance, cloud governance, or compliance validation in government, telecom, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with FinOps, Well-Architected best practices, and non-functional requirements such as scalability, disaster recovery, and observability.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator are strongly preferred.
Required Skills
- Azure architecture and governance tools: Azure Portal, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel.
- Infrastructure & deployment technologies: Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Azure DevOps / GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.
- Architecture & review artifacts: Visio / Draw.io / Lucidchart, Excel / Power BI for cost and sizing analysis.
- Containers & observability tools: AKS, Helm, Log Analytics, OpenTelemetry-based monitoring tools.
