Hiring | AWS Solution Architect (Principal Consultant) | Hyderabad
About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned
AWS & Multi-Cloud Solution Architect to lead large-scale cloud transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives for a global client. You will serve as the primary cloud subject matter expert, driving architectural decisions, leading a 30+ member team, and ensuring delivery excellence across complex, multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cloud architecture design, migration, and modernization across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across CI/CD, IaC, security, and operational excellence
- Design and implement Oracle Database@AWS (ODB@AWS) architectures including Exadata and Autonomous DB
- Drive SQL tuning, indexing strategy, AWR/ASH diagnostics, and performance baselining
- Define and enforce backup, recovery, and DR policies with regular validation drills
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Program Managers, and Dev/Test teams across geographies
- Advise leadership on capacity planning, scalability, licensing, and risk management
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years in IT; 10+ years in cloud architecture and DevOps leadership
- Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Advanced hands-on with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline
- Strong IaC skills: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, GCP Deployment Manager
- Experience with Oracle Exadata, Autonomous DB, and enterprise database performance tuning
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, escalation management, and executive-level presentation skills
