Job details:
•Provide Level 3 support across servers, hypervisors, storage, networking, and Azure cloud services.
•Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects, including upgrades, cloud migrations, optimisation, and service modernisation.
•Drive standardisation of cloud platforms through consistent patterns, templates, and reusable services.
•Contribute to developing technical roadmaps and product offerings that align with Group IT strategy and business outcomes.
•Maintain stability, security, and performance of environments through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and optimisation.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners as needed.
•Document configurations, patterns, improvements, and operational procedures to support repeatability and knowledge sharing.
•Support service transition and operational readiness activities for new or enhanced services.
•Drive FinOps practices within Azure by monitoring consumption, optimising resource usage, and identifying cost‑efficiency opportunities to ensure services are delivered sustainably and within budget
