About the Role
The Cloud & Infrastructure Practice Head is a P&L-accountable leadership role and one of the most senior hires Teceze will make in 2026. This person will own the entire CIS tower — its revenue, delivery quality, team capability, sales strategy, and client relationships. They will report directly to the COO and be a key member of the Teceze leadership team, responsible for establishing the CIS tower as a market-leading, profitable practice within three years.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L for the CIS tower — revenue, gross margin, cost of delivery, and EBITDA contribution
- Set and execute the 3-year tower strategy: market positioning, service portfolio, pricing, and growth targets
- Build and lead the delivery and sales team for the tower — recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Develop and own key client relationships for the tower's top 10 accounts
- Drive new business development — partnering with the sales function on GTM strategy, bid leadership, and account growth
- Establish the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the tower — best practices, tooling, automation, and IP development
- Manage partner and OEM relationships relevant to the tower
- Report weekly to the COO: P&L, delivery performance, pipeline, people, and risks
- Represent the tower in the Teceze leadership team and at board/investor level when required
- Ensure all delivery meets SLA, CSAT, and compliance requirements across all geographies
Essential Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in IT services, with deep expertise in CIS services
- Proven P&L ownership experience at a practice, BU, or division level in a technology services organisation
- Track record of building and scaling service delivery teams in a managed services or consulting environment
- Strong commercial capability — experienced in bid leadership, commercial negotiation, and contract management
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue: existing account expansion and new logo acquisition
- Executive presence — able to engage credibly at CxO and board level with enterprise clients
- Experience managing multi-geography delivery teams (India + global)
- Strong network in the Indian IT services market — partner, client, and talent ecosystem
