Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on AI Architect to design and implement intelligent enrollment systems leveraging large language models (LLMs), distributed AI agents, and enterprise data platforms.
This role will lead the architecture of a decision intelligence platform that analyses student data, generates AI-driven insights, and recommends next-best actions to improve enrollment outcomes. The platform integrates Google Cloud AI services, Salesforce data, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks to deliver scalable AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- AI System Architecture
- Design scalable AI architectures using Google Cloud Platform services, including:
- BigQuery
- Vertex AI (Gemini models)
- Cloud Run
- Cloud Functions
- Architect distributed AI systems that orchestrate multiple services and agents.
- Build systems to process student data and generate actionable insights.
- LLM and Generative AI Systems
- Design and implement LLM-powered workflows, including:
- Application and transcript summarization
- Next-best-action recommendations
- AI-assisted outreach messaging
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and structured output systems to ensure reliable AI responses.
- Multi-Agent Orchestration
- Design systems that coordinate specialized AI agents responsible for:
- Data retrieval
- Student risk assessment
- Insight generation
- Recommendation systems
- Implement orchestration using microservices and REST APIs.
- Data and Analytics Integration
- Integrate enterprise data sources, including:
- Salesforce CRM
- BigQuery datasets
- Enrollment activity logs
- Application and transcript data
- Design data pipelines and retrieval systems to provide context to AI services.
- Enterprise Integration
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, including:
- Salesforce Lightning
- Enrollment specialist dashboards
- Internal analytics tools
- Ensure seamless embedding of AI services into existing workflows.
- Governance and Reliability
- Implement production-ready AI systems with:
- Monitoring and logging
- Prompt reliability safeguards
- Feedback loops for continuous improvement
- Responsible AI practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Cloud architecture
- AI engineering
- Distributed systems
- Cloud and AI Platforms
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, including
- Vertex AI
- BigQuery
- Cloud Run
- Cloud Functions
- LLM and AI Systems
- Experience designing and implementing LLM-powered systems.
- Strong understanding of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and generative AI applications.
- Programming
- Proficiency in:
- Python
- Node.js
- Enterprise Integration
- Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building multi-agent AI systems.
- Experience implementing: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and AI retrieval systems
- Experience developing AI solutions for Education platforms, CRM systems and Customer lifecycle management
- Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise or regulated environments.
