The Opportunity
As part of the Cloud Operations team you will lead Agile transformation initiatives that drive cloud adoption and enhance infrastructure automation. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of cloud technology. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and grow your personal brand in a dynamic environment.

What You Must Have
- - Bachelor's Degree
- - At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- - Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Computer
- Science, Risk Management preferred
- - Certifcation(s) Preferred: Certifed Scrum Master (CSM), Certifed Scrum Product Owner
- (CSPO), or PMI-ACP, Leading SAFe Certifcation, AWS Certifed Solutions Architect ( Associate or
- Azure Administrator Associate), or ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT governance
- - Leading Agile transformation workstreams for cloud adoption
- - Designing and implementing Agile operating models for collaboration
- - Facilitating client workshops to defne transformation goals
- - Supporting DevSecOps enablement and CI/CD pipeline design
- - Developing Agile metrics and dashboards to measure progress
- - Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal capability building
- - Experience with cloud platform services (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
- Role requires experience in cloud migrations with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or OCI Oracle Cloud. Additionally, candidates should have program/project management experience or agile certifications like Scrum Master or SAFe. The roles are more functional than technical.
