Purpose Of a Job
To lead a high-performing closing team in generating sales for multiple Residential Projects by converting qualified leads into bookings, overseeing end-to-end sales processes, mentoring team members, and driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of closing Managers to achieve clear client communication, effective product presentations, and seamless property orientations.
- Build and disseminate in-depth product knowledge across the team, ensuring consistent and compelling customer communications.
- Oversee hosting of client meetings, sales presentations, and site visits, while modeling best practices for deal progression.
- Drive team negotiations to win and close deals within specified TATs, resolving escalations for high-stakes transactions.
- Facilitate team-driven revisits, query resolutions, and end-to-end closures to maximize conversion rates.
- Implement robust client follow-up strategies, monitor buying conversion ratios, and coach team on improvements.
- Achieve and exceed team revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through performance tracking.
- Develop and nurture relationships with Channel Partners, guiding the team to expand networks and site business.
- Activate additional sales channels per company directives, building team capabilities to scale business growth.
- Ensure the team maintains required call volumes, market visits, and competitive intelligence gathering, including micro-market analysis.
- Enforce rigorous adherence to company systems, processes, and compliance standards across the team.
- Champion customer satisfaction initiatives to boost cross-sell opportunities and repeat business.
- Take proactive leadership to surpass team sales targets, fostering a high-accountability culture.
- Conduct regular team performance reviews, training sessions, and motivation programs to optimize productivity.
