Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager Team Leader based in Navi Mumbai. The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the completion of sales transactions, ensuring smooth and timely closings. Responsibilities include coordinating with buyers, lenders, and internal teams, overseeing funding processes, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Additionally, the role involves providing leadership to the closing team to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Lead, oversee, and monitor overall sales activities to achieve the company’s growth and profitability targets.
- Develop, implement, and measure the success of effective sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Manage and motivate the entire sales team (Sourcing & Closing) to ensure achievement of organizational targets.
- Introduce and implement industry best practices to improve team performance and sales efficiency.
- Plan and monitor sales and marketing budgets to ensure an effective balance between inflows and outflows.
- Coordinate with the core management team and provide strategic inputs for the sustainable growth of the organization.
- Support recruitment, training, and retention of a high-quality sales team and act as a motivational leader for key members.
- Build strong industry networks and stay informed about market trends, regulations, and competitive developments.
- Act as a liaison between Directors / Senior Management and middle management, ensuring effective communication and smooth information flow.
- Conduct and lead weekly and monthly meetings with sales and marketing teams to review targets, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
