Position - Asst. Manager/ Manager - Sales (Closing)

Job Location - Pune (East & West)

Experience - 3+ yrs in Residential Sales

Key Responsibilities:

To close deals and ensure that monthly targets are achieved.

Looking for a candidate having experience in real estate closing.

Client Communication and Relationship Management.

Preparing and reviewing all necessary documents.

Scheduling and coordinating property viewings.

Addressing any issues that may arise during the closing process.

Achieving sales target and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the real estate company.

Deal Negotiation and Closure.
