We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager to join our real estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified leads and serious buyers.
- Assist in final negotiations and convert leads into bookings.
- Explain pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.
- Coordinate with channel partners during the closing process.
- Ensure smooth booking documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve closure targets.
- Maintain daily MIS and booking updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales closing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good objection-handling and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to achieve closure targets.
