Job Details
• Position: Sales Manager
• Experience: 6–10 Years
• Location: Borivali, Mumbai
• Salary: Open for discussion (based on experience & performance)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead sourcing, client engagement, and deal closure
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, campaigns, and ideas to drive business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
• Lead site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to team building and mentor junior sales executives
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic suggestions
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire teams
• Smart, proactive, and result-oriented personality
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in real estate sales (both sourcing and closing)
