Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Closing Manager role based in Cuttack. The Closing Manager oversees the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and organizational standards. This role coordinates with sales teams, lenders, legal advisors, and customers to prepare closing packages, verify loan and funding details, and schedule and execute closings on time. The Closing Manager reviews contracts and loan documents, resolves discrepancies, monitors the flow of funds, and ensures all conditions are satisfied before finalizing transactions. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, providing status updates to stakeholders, supporting post-closing activities, and contributing to process improvements for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
