🧩 Role Overview
The Closing Manager – Field Sales is responsible for driving on-ground business development activities, managing high-value client interactions, leading negotiations, and ensuring successful deal closures across buyer and seller transactions.
The role requires strong field sales expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently handle end-to-end closures while coordinating with internal teams and channel partners.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits with buyers and sellers
- Meet clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Engage and manage channel partners (CPs) on-ground
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Own transaction success and revenue generation targets
- Coordinate with inside sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Maintain visit reports, pipeline updates, and CRM hygiene
- Ensure smooth client experience throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Mentor and guide junior team members when required
