Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager, based in Worli. The Closing Manager will oversee the closing and funding processes, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include managing client interactions during the final stages of the sales process, coordinating with lenders, handling mortgage lending documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to streamline and optimize the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Closings and Funding processes
- Strong background in Sales and client-centric service
- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and financial regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Address and resolve any issues arising during the closing process
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate.
