Closing Disclosure Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Closing Disclosure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and reviewing closing disclosures for mortgage transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review closing disclosures for mortgage transactions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with loan officers and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and updates
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in mortgage banking or a related field
- Strong knowledge of closing disclosure regulations and requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
