<div>We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Office/Admin Position. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. <br><br>
</div><div><strong>Benefits</strong></div><ul>
<li>Listed pay of $18/hour. Position is Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, and one Saturday per month from 9am-1pm.</li>

</ul><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls and be responsible for booking appointments.</li>
<li>Manage designers’ appointment calendars in CRM.</li>
<li>Greet visitors and assist with office support needs.</li>
<li>Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department.</li>
<li>Complete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>No degree is needed. We are looking for candidates with office experience.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Excellent phone etiquette.</li>
<li>Strong personal organizational skills.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.</li>
