</div><div><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></div><div>We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Lead Carpentry Installer. Our Carpentry Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion, and operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner<br><br>

<li>Listed pay of $17 -$19 hourly to start and grow with commission-based earning incentives. </li>
<li>Paid training and ongoing professional development.</li>
<li>Monday through Friday, no weekends.</li>
<li>Tools and equipment are provided.</li>

</ul><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.</li>
<li>Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.</li>
<li>Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).</li>
<li>Measure, cut, and fit materials.</li>
<li>Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.</li>
<li>Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Job Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.</li>
<li>Possess and maintain current driver’s license.</li>
<li>Good driving record.</li>
<li>Operate company vehicle in safe manner.</li>
<li>Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong personal organization skills.</li>
